“Lessons & Carols” 2009 Christmas Concert
Set the tone for the Advent Season with an evening filled with the joy of music and readings led
by our adult & children’s choirs. We’ll listen together, sing together, and read together. We’ll
mark the beginning of this month of celebration and rememberance of the comfort God
promised his people with the coming of the Messiah. Then it will be time for favorite comfort
foods with the Christmas Pie Social that follows in Fellowship Hall.

“Yo! Christmas Tree” 2009 Youth & Childrens Christmas Program
Our youth and elementary school-age people set forth a modern-day parable about the free gift of God’s love in an amusing portrayal of the wackiest Christmas tree lot ever. Sunday School classes take a break that morning so that we can all enjoy the presentation together.

Candlelight Christmas Eve Service
Before you enjoy Christmas Eve with your natural family, celebrate it together with your church
family. Tidings of great joy mingled with soft candlelight and quiet carols will help us usher in a
spirit of worship and fellowship. This spirit is the privilege of God’s people as we remember his
greatest gift - the birth of our Savior.
